Heberi.com is a platform for Tourism Professionals (Tourism Service Providers (Hotels, Cruise Journeys, Excursion organizers and Touristic Shops) and Sale Agents) only. We provide direct marketing & contact without help requirement between two parties. The platform offers Property Owners a chance to make their property`s marketing online directly to Sale Agents worldwide. Heberi.com is neither Tour Operator nor Online Shopping platform.
What is a Sale Agent?
Sale Agent is a sales representative who makes bookings to destinations for holiday only. The Sale agent can’t organize any service such as Hotel, excursion, etc. He can make bookings only. Sale Agent is not Tour Operator. Sale Agent is the one that provides clients to Tour Operators.
What is a Property Owner?
The Property Owner is a Service Provider for clients during their holiday. There are different services available and each of them is considered as Property, its owner is Property Owner. Hotel Owner, Excursion/Cruise Journey organizer or Touristic Shopping owners are different types of Property Owners only.
Which user type should I Upgrade to register my Hotel on Heberi.com?
Simply register with an email and activate your account. Upgrade your account to user type that you are (If your registration is through one of registration Link that is sent you, as an email from system admin or your friend, you will be directly registered as Property Owner). For service providers to register their property (Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey and Touristic Shopping) upgrade to PROPERTY OWNER. User guideline is available for each user type at user’s dashboard once upgraded.
How to secure my account?
User email security is vital. Any time password, security question, its answer are forgotten, the valid one is being sent to registrar email only. When you forgot password or other access credentials and request to be sent, please check your Junk/Spam folder too as it may drop to your Spam/Junk folder. When you access, the user can change them whenever needed.
How much does it cost to be a member of Heberi.com?
Membership with Heberi Online Booking System is absolutely free. Platform membership is at no cost to our industry partners.
Is my money refunded if my booking is not confirmed?
Yes. All amount (if paid when the booking is made) is fully refundable when your booking is not approved within 24 hours by Property Owner.
Can I advertise my Property to Sale Agents online?
Yes. Any property registered can be advertised online to Sale agents by creating its advertising online and sending it to 1000+ agents directly. Once your account is upgraded as Property Owner you can find detailed help topics in Property Owner Guideline.
How can I register as a Sale Agent?

How can I update my account details?
You can update all your account details except your user e-mail address by going to the "Profile" at your dashboard.
I registered but didn't receive the activation link?
After registration of every account registration, the user should receive an activation link that is sent automatically to the user's email to activate the newly registered account. Please check your spam folder too as activation link email may drop to the spam folder. In the event of not receiving activation link within the max 1-2 hours, please write us through Tell Us Your Requirement with the email address that you registered. We will manually activate new registration.
I received an email “Tourist Agent Wants Offer”. What does it mean, How can I respond?
Sale Agent may send Special Offer request to fully registered Service Providers or to newsletter subscribed users. If Service Provider is fully registered including HOTEL details, the request will appear under Special Offer Request where the service provider may respond or ask further questions to sender Agent. But if the request is received as an email notification only and is not fully registered, the service provider MUST register (free) an account as Property Owner, fully register his HOTEL(free) and wait for next such request to respond. Special Offer Requests apply to Hotel Owners Dashboard based on demanded Hotel's Star category.
